Raw material: All our raw material is sourced internationally from top quality providers. Special attention is paid to storage of sensitive material and is done according to appropriate ISO standards amongst other international safety and hygiene assessments.
Our equipment is made of stainless steel, ABS, POM, High quality foam. The materials are tested for laboratory and safety according to ISO 9001-2015 and ISO 13485-2016. The chemical composition, mechanical properties, and the purity of the microstructure meet the requirements specified by international standards.
R & D: Expert Research & development team work with high technology computer software to provide the most effective solutions to our clients.
Production capabilities: Our manufacturing unit comprises of the latest machineries imported from across the world. We are using CNC “HARTFORD” Vertical machining center, CNC Lathe Machine TC-16 LA-001, Laser Star 970 Series iWeld, Lathe Machine, Milling Machine, Vacuum BSX-12000 high depth, Acrylic bending machine BZG-1200.Sewing machine for make cushion.
