Engineering and compatibility
Voltage, frequency, power, battery and power-loss operation; device weight and safe working load; height range, Trendelenburg / reverse, lateral tilt and longitudinal slide; radiolucent area and C-arm clearance; rail and clamp dimensions in millimetres and supported US / EU / UK standards.
Clinical evaluation
Discuss a demonstration of intended positioning, controls and adjustment, cleaning instructions and training. Ask for available installation photographs, videos and references approved for sharing.
Warranty, service and parts
Request written terms covering structure, electrical and hydraulic warranty periods, exclusions, PM, response and on-site times, coverage, charges, loan equipment and parts lead times.
